7. Copper Canyon
The Copper Canyon in Mexico is actually larger than the Grand Canyon. The beautiful scenery of the rocky terrain can be viewed closer, by riding the Chihuahua al Pacifico railway.
Palenque is an ancient pyramid located in Chiapas, Mexico, and an incredible and breathtaking sight to behold. Palenque was originally built by the ancient Mayans. Other than that general fact though, its origins are not completely clear.
Tulum is a beautiful beach resort built upon the Yucatan peninsula. It’s white sandy beaches and clear blue waters will make your jaw drop. A perfect getaway from the rest of civilization.
4. Chichen Itza
Located on the Yucatan peninsula, Chichen Itza is the largest ancient Mayan city to ever be discovered. The pyramid of El Castillo sits in a clearing. Many tourists visit this site year round, and they are usually awestruck. The pyramid is built with specific relations to the stars. El Castillo is another ancient mystery found in Mexico.
3. Los Cabos
Los Cabos is a miraculous place. This resort getaway has some of the best dining, entertainment, and beaches that Mexico has to offer. White sand and blue water make Los Cabos a staple of Mexico.

This ancient sea cave is magnificent. The cave spouts out seawater like a geyser. The views and sounds of this landmark will make you feel like you are living with the Mayans.
Teotihuacan is by far the most jaw dropping place in all of Mexico. The pyramid of the sun was built upon the grounds of Teotihuacan in 100 ad. Words cannot describe the feeling of this place, which is why we recommend it as one of the top tourist spots for anybody heading to Mexico.
